connection entry.

User Login and Password
| Specify your login id and password for this dial up connection
|

|
Disconnect if idle for minutes
| ComSocks will disconnect your dialing connection if it finds no activity for
the period of time on this connection.

Keep alive if idle for minutes
| ComSocks will auto get a web page from the Internet if it finds no activity
for the period of time on this connection
|

Dial On Demand
| ComSocks will dial your ISP when it detects some Internet activities, such as
a HTTP request or an email request. If your web browser is using NAT and you
enter a domain name in the URL, it won’t dial the Internet(see the next option if
you want a guaranteed dialing). You can use an IP address or configure the
browser to use the traditional proxy in order to trigger a dialing. It is true for
email too. If you want to trigger a dialing, using an IP address in the mail
server box in the configuration of the email software..

Don’t Dial Internet when receiving DNS requests
| If you don’t want ComSocks invoke dialing when processing DNS requests, OR you
have experienced a spontaneous dialing, please check this box (default).
Because SOCKS clients require DNS services, you can’t check this box if you want
Dial-On-Demand to work for this application (i.g. ICQ).

Enable Remote Control*
| This setting enables a user to access the Dial-Up Networking from another
computer. Using http://comsocks/dial-on to connect to Internet. Using
http://comsocks/dial-off to disconnect from Internet. Using http://comsocks/dial-status to
check the dial-up status.
