Netscape Messager in Netscape Communicator 4.5

• Click Edit from menu bar
• Select Preferences
• Click Mail & Newsgroups from the left pane
• Click Mail Servers from the left pane,  then click Add button in the right pane
• Enter  your remote POP3 and SMTP server name (you should have those information from your ISP)
• Make sure you have enabled SOCKS daemon in ComSocks proxy server
